How It All Started
All American Heating & Cooling LLC in Hermiston, OR was founded in August 2008 by David and Nicole Loper. Dave graduated from HVAC school over 24 years ago and worked for a local company until he decided to start his own business with his wife, Nicole.
All American Heating & Cooling started out with Dave working out of his home shop and Nicole running the office out of their spare bedroom. The business has grown to include 9 full-time employees.
Last year, All American Heating & Cooling became a Carrier factory-authorized dealer. We have won Carrier's Presidents Awards in 2019 and in 2020.

We have been proudly serving Hermiston and the surrounding areas for 15 years. Since our start, All American Heating & Cooling has been providing HVAC services in a wide variety of settings.
We have a strong commercial and residential background. Our residential and commercial departments offer installations for new construction, as well as for remodel/retrofit installations.
We provide an array of services from water heater and boiler installations, residential repair/installations, to major commercial projects, and gas piping.
We have a full-service sheet metal shop as well. All American Heating & Cooling takes pride in providing service with integrity.
